Privacy policy.

How we collect, use and protect information you share with Lordkay.

1. Introduction

Lordkay Music Group ('Lordkay', 'we', 'us') respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information when you interact with our websites, forms, and services.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, message, business details when you contact us or request a consultation) and standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) via analytics.

3. How we use information

To respond to enquiries, deliver services you request, send occasional updates you opt into, improve our website, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We rely on your consent (for newsletter and analytics), our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, improving our service), and contractual necessity (when delivering services).

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (hosting, email, analytics), all bound by data protection agreements.

6. Retention

Enquiries and consultation requests are retained for up to 24 months. Newsletter subscribers are retained until they unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to data portability. Email hello@lordkaymusic.com to exercise any of these rights.

8. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies for essential functionality and, if you consent, analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
